How do I take care of my pieces?

Ink Jewel pieces have been handmade from resin. Please take care not to get them wet as this can cause damage to them. Pieces should be stored in a dry environment and handled with care.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Ink Jewel pieces have been handmade with care, however as with all handmade items, minor flaws are part of the charm. Unfortunately we do not offer refunds or exchanges due to hygiene purposes but please contact me if you have any problems.

What are your domestic shipping policies?

Please ensure your address details are correct on your PayPal account as this is the address your package will be sent to as per the PayPal terms and conditions. Refunds or replacements cannot be issued if your address is incorrect on your PayPal account.

DOMESTIC DELIVERY

All orders will be sent within 3-5 business days from the date of payment. All packages are posted via Australia Post Parcel Post. Express post can be added as an upgrade if you require your items quickly. 
Standard Parcel Post usually takes 3-4 business days, but can take up to 6 business days depending on your location.

What are your international shipping policies?

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

All orders will be sent within 3-5 business days from the date of payment. All international packages are sent via Australia Post Economy Air - there is NO tracking or insurance on this service. Please contact me prior to purchase for a quote if you would like to include tracking or insurance.

Please allow approximately 10-20 business days for delivery. Most orders take about 2-3 weeks, depending on your location. When shipping overseas, customs can delay packages by up to 6 weeks. This doesn't happen often, but it can happen. Customs fees if any are the responsibility of the buyer.
